Session Rate
$325 per session (1 hr)
The rate is the same whether we're working together in therapy or in coaching. The services are genuinely different, and the structure is different — which is the right fit depends on where you're located and what you're looking for.
Therapy is for clients in New York State. It's licensed clinical work under my LMHC, addressing mental health concerns, trauma, identity, and the full range of what a clinical therapy relationship covers.
Coaching is for community members outside New York, offered through Mindful Experiences LLC. It's a non-clinical service — future-focused and skills-based, working on pup identity, pack dynamics, and community integration. It is not therapy, does not address mental health as symptoms and does not use clinical assessment.

Insurance
For New York residents: While I don't accept insurance directly, I'm happy to provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive 50-80% reimbursement, though this varies by plan.
For clients outside New York: I offer professional coaching services, which aren't typically covered by health insurance. However, if your employer offers wellness stipends or Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), coaching sessions may qualify—worth checking with your HR team!
Scheduling & Changes
Life is unpredictable, so when something comes up and you need to make changes:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online with 24 hour notice, no questions asked.
For changes with less than 24 hour notice, 50% of the session amount will apply.
If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full session amount will apply.
I keep a limited number of same-day appointment slots available each week for urgent needs, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're having a difficult time.
